My Story

"When I first started in the construction industry 10 years ago, I was typically the only woman on a job site, in a meeting, or even at a company. 10 years later, I currently work with 3 other amazing women and am no longer the only woman on the job site or in a meeting. I'm so glad to see this positive trend of women joining in this wonderful industry."
